Our first outcome, the <2019 Diversity Report>, is the product of the Council's efforts to analyze KU’s demographic composition, institutional/cultural environment, and constituents’ personal experiences from the “perspective of diversity.” The report is also a policy recommendation based on the Council's stringent understanding of where we stand today. In particular, we have developed Korea University Diversity Indices (KUDI-I, KUDI-II) that represent KU’s distinct characteristics. We used the indices to analyze characteristics of each constituent group—faculty, students, and staff—and assess the level of diversity by educational unit.
